| In Home Service Calls: |
|

For in home service calls we have technicians
covering the whole of the Melbourne Metropolitan area, which
is approximately a 40 kilometre radius of the Melbourne G.P.O.** |

In home service calls can be arranged during
normal working hours. i.e. 9 am to 5 pm. It is difficult
to arrange a specific time but usually after 9 am on the
day of the service call our service coordinator will be able
to narrow the time down to an approximate 2 hour time frame. |

|
|
In home service of microwaves covered by a
manufacturers warranty period are usually at no cost, some exceptions
do exist. Please contact the office for more information on

Microwaveman offers a unique after hours pick
up and delivery service, which covers nearly all of the Melbourne
Metropolitan area. Operating between 5 pm and 9 pm Monday to
Friday. |

|
We can arrange to have your product collected
during these hours for a set fee, this is extremely convenient
for those busy households that can not be home during normal
business hours for in home service. |
|
|
|
Your unit will be delivered to our North Melbourne
workshop the next working morning by 11.30 am. |
|
|
|
Our highly skilled team of technicians will
carry out a free no obligation estimate, (besides the courier
fee); of the repairs required and the service co-ordinator will
then give you a courtesy call and explain in detail the repairs
required. |

|
|
If you are happy and give us the go ahead
before 2.30 pm, provided the parts are in stock, our technicians
will complete the work required and the unit will usually be
returned that evening. |

couriers to pickup your items for service and return them to
our workshop for repairs or estimates. This can normally be
