| On Site Service Calls: |
|
|
|
We offer on site service to microwave
ovens within a 40 Kilometre radius of the Melbourne GPO,
this covers the whole of the Melbourne Metropolitan area.** |
|
|
|
On site service calls can be arranged
during normal working hours. i.e. 9 am to 5 pm.
It is difficult to arrange a specific time but usually
after 9 am on the day of the service call our service
coordinator will be able to narrow the time down to within
a 2 hour time frame approximately. |

|
|
On site service of microwaves covered
by a manufacturers warranty period are usually at no cost,
some exceptions do exist. Please contact the office for

| Day Time Courier: |
|
|

We can arrange for one of our specially
trained couriers to pick up your items for service and
return them to our workshop for repairs. This can be arranged
anywhere within the metropolitan area at reasonable rates. |

|
Daytime courier services can normally
be picked up within 2-3 hours of your call. |
